NEW YORK, NY - Made Event's Electric Zoo has shut it down for the remainder of the three-day festival weekend celebration. According to the festival's website, the SFX-owned festival group is calling off its third and final day due to inclement weather. "Electric Zoo New York has shut down for the remainder of the festival due to extreme weather conditions," says the festival's website in a statement released just a short time ago. "We apologize to fans, but your safety is our main concern. For those currently at Electric Zoo, please follow all NYPD and EZoo security instructions. Thank you!"

While many incredible acts were still to come to close out the Labor Day Weekend celebration, the festival was first delayed due to sever weather conditions, but then finally shut it down for the remainder of the day.
