Bassnectar & Craz Team Up For This Fresh Collab: Thursty

October 24, 2014 -

After the recent release of NVSB, Bassnectar has steadily been releasing remixes of each track. Now he comes to us with an entirely new track: a collab between him and Craz. Thursty debuted yesterday on Rolling Stones. Up-and-coming artist, Craz reached out to him via email which then got the wheels tuning and I have to say, it really bring me back to Bassnectar circa 2010, with a touch of that Timestretch feel to it.

Lorin explains to Rolling Stone, "I have this thing I do whenever I listen to music where I'm snapping my fingers and slapping my hands on the surface of a table or chair or whatever is nearby, drumming on my surroundings," he says. "I wanted to use this silly kind of snapping sample to build up into the most insane explosion, coming out of some kind of chopped-and-screwed hip-hop vocal."

Listen below and prepare for the heavy, Dubstep vs. club music.
