In an effort to promote health and fitness through the After School All Stars program, former California Governor and Austrian Actor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, took his muscular talents to Gold's Gym in Venice, California where he dressed up as a trainer and graciously walked around the gym "training" and "teasing" your average and innocent gym-goer. From helping an individual who didn't have their key card (Arnold had no idea what that was) to having a woman do water drinking reps (quote below), Schwarzenegger truly embraced his inner outgoing gym trainer. Remember we do everything in reps. So you’ve done two reps of water drinking, usually we do 10 reps of everything so do another rep of water drinking.
